  • Do not copy, resell, or misuse Nexlify without permission.
  • Do not upload malicious code or harmful files.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

  • Nexlify uses AI to generate content.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable.
  • You must review content before using or publishing it.
  • Nexlify does not guarantee results, views, followers, income, ranking, reach, or engagement.
  • You are responsible for the final use of generated content.

6. User Content

  • You keep ownership of the content you submit to Nexlify.
  • By using our tools, you give Nexlify permission to process your input only for the purpose of providing, securing, and improving the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your input does not violate laws or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Nexlify, including its branding, design, logo, software, features, and website content, belongs to Nexlify or its owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell Nexlify without written permission.

8. Free and Paid Plans

Nexlify may offer free access, early access, or paid plans. We may change, limit, or discontinue free features at any time. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown clearly before purchase.

9. Service Availability

  • We try to keep Nexlify available and working smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlify is not responsible for loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, content mistakes, AI output errors, unauthorized account access caused by user negligence, damages caused by third-party services, or losses caused by how users apply AI-generated content.

12. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, attempt to harm the service, use Nexlify for illegal purposes, or create security risks.
  • You may stop using Nexlify at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will revise the effective date. Continued use of Nexlify means you accept the updated Terms.
